Lebo Mathosa

Lebo Mathosa ( * 1977 in Daveyton, South Africa, † 23 October 2006 Johannesburg) was a South African kwaito singer.

Mathosa began her career in 1994 with the South African band Boom Shaka before they started as a soloist in 1999. Your published 2000 solo debut album Dream reached four weeks after the appearance of gold status. She won the South African Music Awards 2001 for the legend award for best dance album for its single release the Intro Prize for the Best Dance - Single and the prize as best singer.

Lebo Mathosa died on 23 October 2006, at the age of 29, in a car accident near Johannesburg.
