LeBrón Brothers

The Lebrón Brothers, actually, Lebron Brothers, are a group of Salsa Puerto Rican origin. They consist of the brothers José, Angel, " Frankie" Francisco and Pablo Lebrón and are active in the music business for over 30 years. Their styles of salsa, Guaguanco, Boogaloo and Latin Soul belongs.

Career

The Lebron Brothers come from a family of musicians in Puerto Rico. She later emigrated to the USA and founded in the late 1960s in Brooklyn, New York City a band. The founding members of Angel, José, Carlos, Frankie, and Pablo were doing the vocals and rhythm part of the group. There were alto and tenor saxophone, trumpets, and timbales. Their first album was 1967 " Psychedelic Goes Latin " and contained the hit single " Mala Suerte ". Especially in the Hispanic- and African- African population, the group had great success. 1971 was followed by the album "The Brooklyn Bums ", whose title was inspired by a Brooklyn baseball team. Was Separates the hit " Apúrate ". The basis of their success was based on the combination of harmony and composition. The third album "Salsa y Control" reached high sales figures. 1981 Pablo Lebron suffered a heart attack, so that he had to retire from the music business. His brothers published after this event the albums " Criollo " and 1996 " I believe".
