Lee Eun-ku

Lee Eun -ku ( Kor. 이은구; * 1960 ) is a former badminton player from South Korea.

Career

Lee Eun -ku achieved his greatest success when he took at the Badminton World Championships 1983 in Copenhagen bronze in doubles with Park Joo -bong. Both already at the All England One year previously stood in the semifinals, but lost there against Billy Gilliland and Dan Travers with 15:6, 8:15 and 12:15. 1982 won Lee and Park, the bronze medal at the Asian Games in the men's doubles. For the season 1981/1982 likewise dated the only major tournament success of Lee Eun- ku, where he once again with Park Joo -bong won the Denmark Open at his side.
