Lee In-jong

Lee In -jong (Korean 이인종; born August 2, 1982 in the province of Gyeonggi -do) is a South Korean Taekwondo, which competes in the medium and heavy weight.

Lee won her first international success at the 2007 World Championships in Beijing. In the class to 72 kilograms, they only lost in the final against María Espinoza and became Vice World Champion. Two years later, she repeated the success and won at the World Championships in Copenhagen after a final defeat by Han Yingying in the class up to 73 kg again the silver medal. In the following years, Lee could not prevail in the national competitions and initially missed participation in other international championships. It was only in 2012, she achieved international attention again. In the Asia Cup in Ho Chi Minh City, she won in the class up to 73 kg their first title. Against her teammate at Sae- bom, Lee prevailed in the national Olympic excretion and qualified for her first Olympic Games in London.
