Lee Seung-yup

Lee Seung- yup ( Kor. 이승엽; born March 20, 1984 in Seoul) is a South Korean professional ice hockey player who stands since 2006 in Anyang Halla Ice Hockey League in Asia under contract.

Career

Lee Seung- yup began his career as a hockey player with Anyang Halla, for which he made ​​his debut in the Asia League Ice Hockey in the 2006/07 season. In his rookie year in professional hockey defender was doing one assist in eight games. In the following years he fought his way to a regular place in the team and was in the 2009/ 10 financial year Asia League champions with Anyang Halla. This success was the right-handed shooter with a goal and eight assists in 36 games in the regular season. In the 2010/11 season, which ended prematurely due to the Tōhoku earthquake, he won with his team again the champion of the Asia League Ice Hockey.

Internationally

For South Korea Lee Seung- yup took at junior level at the U18 Junior World Championship of Division III in 2002 and the U20 Junior World Championship Division II 2004 part. In the senior level, he stood in his country's squad at the World Championships of IB Division, 2012.
