Leeuwarderadeel

Leeuwarderadeel ( listen / i?) ( Frisian: Ljouwerteradiel ) is a municipality of the Dutch province of Friesland ( North Friesland). It has 10,315 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013).

The administrative headquarters are Stiens, the other places in the municipality are: Bartlehiem (partly ), Britsum, Cornjum, Finkum, Hijum, Jelsum and Oude Leije.
