Left gastro-omental artery
The gastroepiploic artery vein ( "left gastric artery network ", also A. gastroomentalis artery ) is an artery of the abdominal cavity. It arises from the splenic artery ( splenic artery ) and moves from left to right in the neck area of the large network along the greater curvature of the stomach. There, it anastomoses with the same right artery ( gastroepiploic artery ), which arises from the gastroduodenal artery.
The gastric branches ( Rami gastrici ) the gastroepiploic artery artery supplying the stomach wall in the region of the greater curvature, the network branches ( Rami omental ) the greater omentum.
