Left Party (France)

The Parti de Gauche (abbreviation: PG; German: Left Party ) is a political party in France which has formed end of November 2008. The formal foundation took place on 1 February 2009. Led is the party of Senator and MEP Jean -Luc Mélenchon, a former member of the Socialist Party, and the former Green Party politician Martine Billard.
