Lei Sheng

Lei Sheng (Chinese雷声, Pinyin Lei Sheng, born March 7, 1984 in Tianjin) is a Chinese fencer and Olympic champion.

Achievements

2006 Lei Sheng won at the World Championships in Turin, a bronze medal in foil individual, 2007, he again succeeded in doing so at the World Championships in St. Petersburg. In 2008 he won at the Asian Championships in Bangkok Bronze and participated in the Olympic Games in Beijing, where he retired in the quarterfinals against Benjamin Kleibrink and therefore came in eighth place. At the Asia Championships 2010 in Seoul, he won silver in the individual and at the World Championships in Paris also silver in the individual, with the Chinese team, he won gold. In 2011, Lei Sheng won with the team the World Championships in Catania. In 2012 he was in Wakayama Asian champions and at the Olympic Games in London erfocht Lei Sheng gold.
