Leishan County

Leishan (雷山县; Pinyin: Leishan Xiàn ) is a district of the Autonomous Prefecture of Miao and Dong Qiandongnan in the southeastern Chinese province of Guizhou. It has an area of 1218 km ² and has a population of 150,000. Its main town is the large village Danjiang (丹 江镇).

The buildings of the traditional village Shangzhai in Langde ( Langde Shangzhai gu jianzhuqun郎德 上 寨 古 建筑 群) a palisade village of the Miao nationality, are since 2001 on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 5-400 ).
