Lela Javakhishvili
Lela Javakhishvili (Georgian ლელა ჯავახიშვილი; born April 23, 1984 in the Georgian SSR ) is a Georgian chess player. At the World Chess Federation FIDE her surname Javakhishvili is written.
Since November 2003, it bears the title of Grand Master of the women ( WGM ), since May 2005, the title of International Master of Men (IM). Your Elo rating is 2430 (as of February 2014), so that it lies in fifth place of the Georgian women ranking. Their highest ever Elo rating was 2500 in March 2010. Their best position on the FIDE Women's World Ranking was the 14th place in October 2007 and March 2010.
Individual Championships
In 1996 she was in Rimavská Sobota second in the girls U12 European Championship. The girls U14 European Championships she won in 1998 in the Austrian Mureck. In the U14 World Youth Championship in the same year she was in the Spanish Oropesa del Mar runner-up. The European Championship U18 in Litochoro 1999 she finished in third place, the World Youth Championships U18 in Oropesa del Mar 1999 also considered third parties. Team Championships
With the Georgian national team, she participated in the Women Olympics 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010 and 2012, taking a bronze medal for her score of 8.5 out of 11 won in 2006 on the third board, and at the Chess Olympiad in 2008 a gold medal for the team victory. In the team's Women's World Cup 2007 in Yekaterinburg, she received a silver medal for her score of 6 out of 8 on the second board of the Georgian national team at the European Team Championship for Women 2009 in Novi Sad an individual gold medal for 5.5 from 7 on the second board in the second place Georgia and in the Women's World Cup 2013 team Astana in an individual bronze medal for her score of 4.5 out of 7 on the third board.
