Lennox and Addington County
Lennox and Addington County is a county located in the southeast of the Canadian province of Ontario. The county seat is Greater Napanee. Its population is 41 824 (2011), the area of 2841.10 km ², which corresponds to a population density of 14.7 inhabitants per km ². The County is located on the north shore of Lake Ontario and was created in 1850 by the merger of Lennox and Addington County, after Charles Lennox, 3rd Duke of Richmond, and Henry Addington, 1st Viscount Sidmouth, were named.
