Career
Association
Leonardo Bonucci started his career in the youth from Inter Milan. In 2005 he was accepted into the professional squad of Milan and made his debut on 14 May 2006 in the match against Cagliari Calcio in Serie A. After he had not come with Inter in the following two years in the first team to use, it awarded the in charge of the club for Serie B club FBC Treviso. In Treviso, he was able to establish itself as a regular player and received many applications. In June 2010, the participation business for eight million euros was disbanded in favor of Bari. On 1 July 2010, the Italian giants Juventus announced a commitment by the defender for 15.5 million euros. Bonucci signed a five -year contract with the people of Turin.
National
Leonardo Bonucci made his debut on March 3, 2010 at the 0-0 draw with Cameroon under Marcello Lippi for the Italian national team. His second international game, he completed three months later in a friendly against Mexico. In the 1-2 defeat his first goal for the Squadra Azzurra succeeded.
Leonardo Bonucci was part of the Italian selection for the Football World Cup 2010 in South Africa, did not come to the tournament but for the use and difference with the Azzurri in the first round as a group from Last. On October 18, 2012 Bonucci was ambushed by a robber in front of a car dealership in Turin. This threatened him with a gun and demanded the clock of the national player. Then Bonucci hit the masked man down with a punch and this refuge. After Bonuccis wife had locked up with the son in the car, he went in pursuit of the man and an accomplice, although the main perpetrator threatened to shoot him. Finally escaped the two fleeing men on a motor scooter and Bonucci filed a complaint.
