Leonardo dos Santos Silva

Leonardo dos Santos Silva ( born August 21, 1976 in Rio de Janeiro ) is a Brazilian footballer.

Career

His professional career began in 1997 at FC Groningen. For the season 2001 /02 he moved to Feyenoord, with whom he won the 2002 UEFA Cup. In the final he came on in the 63rd minute for Robin van Persie. During his time at Feyenoord, he was Leonardo II called because at this time Leonardo Santiago also played for Feyenoord. During the break of the season 2002/ 03 he moved to De Graafschap. For the 2003/04 season he signed for ADO Den Haag. A season later, he moved to MVV Maastricht. Since the season 2006/ 07 he plays for FC Dordrecht in the Eerste Divisie.
