Leopoldo Torre Nilsson
Leopoldo Torre Nilsson ( born May 5, 1924 in Buenos Aires, † September 8, 1978 ) was an Argentine novelist and screenwriter and son of Leopoldo Torres Rios also active as a director. Several of his films were based on novels by Torre Nilsson's wife Beatriz Guido's.
The age of 15 worked Torre Nilsson, nicknamed also Babsy or Leo Towers, in films with his father, was first assistant director and scriptwriter then, before he was responsible for the first film in 1954. Recognition, he was first in Europe and then became one of the most successful directors in Latin America.
