Les Éléments

The choir Les Éléments is a professional chamber choir from Toulouse. It was founded in 1985 by Joël Suhubiette and specializes in the performance of 20th century; so he stepped out at the beginning with performances of the works of Benjamin Britten, Igor Stravinsky, Francis Poulenc, Maurice Ravel and Olivier Messiaen. He made the world premieres of compositions by Zad Moultaka, Patrick Burgan and Philippe Hersant. The choir performs regularly both in Toulouse and in the whole of France and cooperates with the Orchestre National de Toulouse, the Sacqueboutiers and the vocal ensemble A Sei Voci.
