Lessach is a municipality in the district Tamsweg in Salzburg with 569 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013).

The municipality comprises the cadastral Lessach and Zoitzach.
Policy
Municipal council
The municipal council of Lessach has nine members and is made up as follows for the local council elections in 2014 together:
- 6 ÖVP
- Two SPÖ
- 1 FPÖ
Directly elected mayor is Peter Perner (ÖVP ).
Coat of arms
The blazon of the municipal coat of arms is: " In cleaved sign into silver three black cross- peaks linkshin, left in a red einwärtsgekehrter silver wings."
Culture and sights
Sports
In Lessach there is a football field, which is used by FC - Lessach. There is a young team and an adult team that plays in the 2nd class South.
In the western part of the town is a ski Drag lift, which is in the possession of the local ski clubs.
