Lester Benjamin

Benjamin Lester ( born 14 September 1963) is a retired long jumper from Antigua and Barbuda.

Benjamin took in 1983 in Helsinki and 1987 in Rome at the World Athletics Championships in part. He also was at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles at the start. In none of the three races he was able to qualify for the final.

With his personal best of 8.02 meters, achieved in May 1984 in Baton Rouge (United States), he holds the national record of Antigua and Barbuda.
