Letlive

Letlive (proper spelling. Letlive ) is founded in 2002, post-hardcore band from Los Angeles, California, United States.

The group has so far brought an EP and three studio albums on the market. The Blackest beautiful, that appeared in 2013, is the first album of the group that was able to obtain a chart entry in both the domestic charts than in the UK.

The group has toured several times through North America, Europe and Australia. It played Letlive also festivals like Soundwave, Southside, Area4, the Hurricane Festival, the Sunset Strip Music Festival and the Warped Tour. The group has toured with bands like We Are Defiance, Pierce the Veil, Underoath, Every Time I Die, Your Demise, Enter Shikari and Deftones.

History

Letlive founded in 2002 in Los Angeles. Today the group consists After several changes of Jason Aalon Alexander Butler ( vocals), Ryan Jay Johnson ( bass guitar, backing vocals ), Jean Francisco Nascimento ( guitar ), Jess Sahyoun ( guitar, background vocals) and Loniel Robinson (drums ).

In 2003, the only EP to date, the group Exhaustion, Salt Water, and Everything in Between is, about At One. The debut album Speak Like You Talk appeared in 2005, also about At One. 2009 saw the group to Tragic Hero Records, what later, the group's second album, Fake History, should appear. This was released in April 2010. Already in 2011, was another change of record company. By Oliver Sykes of Bring Me the Horizon, the group of Epitaph Records was signed after this, made the owner of the label, Brett Gurewitz attention to this. About Epitaph Records Fake History was reprinted. This was commissioned by the trade press was extremely positive, including from Alternative Press, Allmusic, the BBC and the Rock Sound. Beginning in June 2011, the band toured excessively over several continents. In February 2013, the group announced that for the summer, the release of a new album was planned. The Blackest Beautiful was released on July 9, 2013, Epitaph Records. The British magazine Rock Sound recorded the album in their list of 50 Best Albums of 2013, where it landed on the first place. Between June 15 and August 4, 2013 the group played on the main stage of the Warped Tour.
