Lewis Chalmers

Lewis John Chalmers ( born December 4, 1986 in Manchester ) is an English footballer. The midfielder is since 2007 when Aldershot Town under contract.

Career

Chalmers, who learned the game of football at Manchester United, Manchester City and Accrington Stanley, collected his first experience at senior level at FC Altrincham in the leagues of the Football Conference. In 2005 he went to the club from the Conference North to the Conference National. In 2007 he moved to league rivals Aldershot Town who offered him a professional contract.

In his first season with Aldershot won the throw-in specialist the Conference League Cup and rose as league champions with the team on in the Football League Two. There he first came infrequently used and was therefore awarded in early 2009 to Crawley Town. The end of February ordered Aldershot Chalmers back because of the unavailability of some players and he has since been in the starting eleven.

Between 2006 and 2008, Chalmers was football to a total of ten appearances for " England C", a national selection of players from the non- League. In 2008 he won with the team the Four Nations Tournament.
