Lewis E. Eliason

Lewis Edwin Eliason ( born September 15, 1850 New Castle County, Delaware; † May 2, 1919 ) was an American politician. Between 1917 and 1919 he was Deputy Governor of the State of Delaware.

In 1916 he was elected to the side of John G. Townsend for Lieutenant Governor of Delaware. This post he held between 1917 and his death on May 2, 1919. Yet he was Deputy Governor and Chairman of the State Senate.
