Leyviller

Leyviller ( German: Leyweiler ) is a commune with 457 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Moselle in the Lorraine region. It belongs to the district Forbach and Canton Grostenquin.

Geography

The village is located in the northeast of Lorraine, about ten kilometers south-east of Saint- Avold.

History

Even at the Gallo -Roman period there were settlements here.
