Lhota-Vlasenice

Lhota - Vlásenice is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located 16 kilometers south-west of Pelhřimov and belongs to Okres Pelhřimov.

Geography

Lhota - Vlásenice is located in the valley of the creek Lhotský in the Bohemian- Moravian Highlands and is surrounded by the hills Pelecky Kopec (719 m) ​​, Perky ( 652m ) and Hluboká ( 638 m) surrounded.

Neighboring towns are Pelec in the north, Častrov in the northeast, Metánov in the east, in the southeast Stranná, Štítné in the south, Rodionov in the southwest, Kamenice nad Lipou in the west and Antonka in the northwest.

History

The corresponding rule for Kamenice nad Lipou Vlásenice village was first mentioned in 1549. Later the southeast Lhota was located. In both villages, lived together 380 inhabitants in 1891.

1976 were incorporated to Kamenice nad Lipou Vlásenice and Lhota. 1989 received both places that were among the smallest of Czechoslovakia, their independence back. Both communities joined on 1 April 1992 to a community Lhota - Vlásenice together.
