Li Choh-ming
Choh -Ming Li and Li Zhuomin (Chinese李卓敏, Pinyin lǐ Zhuōmǐn; * 1912, † 1991) was a Chinese economist and educator. In 1963 he was the first Vice-Chancellor of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He later taught at the University of California, Berkeley.
His most famous work is his Lishi zhongwen zidian (李氏 中文 字典), a character dictionary, where Chinese characters are sorted according to their volume elements. In this type of arrangement, all available with same sound elements ( Phonetika ) composite characters in one place.
