Li Kui (legalist)
Li Kui (Chinese李悝, Pinyin lǐ Kui * 455 BC; † 395 BC) was a civil servant and officer of the State of Wei at the time of the Warring States in China. He is credited with around 400 BC wrote the book of Acts ( Chinese法 经/法 经, Pinyin Fǎjīng ) that Shang Yang's mediation became the basis for the legislation of the Qin and Han Dynasties.
