Li Rui (politician)

Li Rui (Chinese李锐, Pinyin lǐ Rui, * April 1917, Republic of China) is a retired Chinese politician. He was office manager under Mao Zedong.

In October 2010 he came to international attention when he wrote an open letter for more democracy and less censorship, together with Hu Jiwei, Zong Peizhang, Jiang Ping and 500 others.
