Li Yang (ski jumper)

Li Yang (Chinese李 洋, Pinyin lǐ Yáng; born 31 March 1980) is a Chinese ski jumper.

He took part in the Nordic World Ski Championships 2005 in Oberstdorf, where he and his teammates ended up as only the rearmost seats. In team competition, he was second last with Zhandong Tian, Wang Jianxun and Li Chengbo in both competitions. Yang participated in Turin and at the 2006 Winter Olympics. He was indeed as in Oberstdorf best Chinese, but could not hold out against the world's best. He was together with Tian Zhandong, Jianxun Wang and Yang Guang in the team competition last. After a long break World Cup you saw him in January 2010, together with Tian Zhandong in Sapporo. However, he failed to qualify for the competition itself. At the Winter Asian Games 2011 in Almaty Li finished with the team's fourth and last place.
