Liaisons Dangereuses (band)

Liaisons Dangereuses was a German band. It was founded in 1981 by Beate Bartel (formerly Mania D) and Chrislo Haas ( previously German -American friendship) and is regarded as an influential pioneer project of modern electronic music.

History

Even before the formal establishment of the Liaisons Dangereuses both had worked together as Chbb, emerged during this period four ten -minute untitled cassette that could be externally distinguished only by their cover colors and therefore occasionally also " Black", " Silver ", "Blue "and" " are called Red. These cassettes were published in an edition of only 50 pieces and are usually added to the work of the Liaisons Dangereuses counted.

With Krishna Goineau as a singer she published under the name Liaisons Dangereuses 1981 album, and the resulting single from the Los niños del parque ( German: The children from the park). Los niños del parque is one of the best-selling Underground singles in Germany, and has been, in many cases sampled later due to the distinctive bass line that was created with the Korg MS-20. Beate Bartel met with Bettina Koster of Malaria in 2004! under the name BARNEY, and in December 2005, she surprised the audience at the moment Stockholm: berlin festival as a bassist in the cast BPWW Beate Bartel, Peter Martin - guit, Emilio Winschetti - voc, Thomas Wydler - dr. ..
