The Lianghekou Dam ( Chinese两 河口 水电站, Pinyin Liǎnghékǒu shuǐdiànzhàn, hydroelectric power plant Lianghekou ' ) is an under construction dam with a large hydroelectric power plant in the district Yajiang Autonomous Prefecture Garzê of Tibetans in the Chinese province of Sichuan. The dam is at the confluence of three rivers Yalong (also called Nyagchu ) Qingda and Xianshui built. The name Lianghekou means " the mouth of two rivers ".

Construction began in 2009 and are expected to last until 2015. Hydropower plant will have an installed capacity of 3000 MW. Its purpose is to bring energy from western China to the east. The shut-off at an altitude of 295 m and a dam with a Erdkerndichtung.

The reservoir will contain 6.33 billion cubic meters. This makes it the second largest water reservoir on this river. The reservoir is the Yalong dam 90 km long, the Xianshui 80 km and 28 km Qingda.
