The Olivpython ( Liasis olivaceus ) is a species of snake in the family of pythons.

Features

The Olivpython reaches a length of 2 m, rarely up to 4 meters. The long arrow-shaped head is clearly distinct from the neck. Distribution and habitat

The range of the nominate race extends from Kimberley to Central Queensland in northeast Australia as well as the Kimberley islands. The species occurs in wet and dry areas and rocky terrain with preferred hiding places. Life and reproduction
