Liberal Swedish Party

The Swedish Left (Swedish: Svensk Vänster, SV; Finnish: Ruotsalainen Vasemmisto, RV), also Swedish Party of Free Democrats (Swedish: Svenska Frisinnade Partiet; Finnish: Ruotsalainen Vapaamielinen Puolue ) was a party of the Finland-Swedish minority in Finland, from 1919 to In 1951.

The Swedish left created after the independence of Finland in 1917 initially as a republic within the party favorable minority within the Swedish People's Party, the majority favored a monarchy. Around 1930, the Swedish Left eventually formed his own party, and reached in the parliamentary elections in 1930 one seat was then re-elected in 1945 with Maximilian Sergelius a member of the party in the Finnish parliament.

1951 was the Swedish left back to their mother party.
