Lilia Osterloh

Lilia Osterloh ( born April 7, 1978 in Columbus, Ohio) is a former American tennis player.


Osterloh began playing at the age of six years of tennis. Your preferred playing surface is hard court.

In her career she reached on the WTA Tour to date 3 semifinals and 11 quarter-finals. Your best results at the Grand Slam tournaments was reaching the fourth round at Wimbledon in 2001 and at the U.S. Open in the same year.

It shall have, inter alia victories Arantxa Sanchez Vicario over, Mary Pierce, Nadia Petrova, Amanda Coetzer, Conchita Martínez, Anna Kournikova or Marion Bartoli to book.

The date last match on the WTA Tour Osterloh denied in June 2011 in the doubles competition at the side of Finn Emma Laine in Copenhagen, where the pair was eliminated in the first round of the main draw.


Her father Linus, a retired teacher, is of German descent. Part of the relationship is still living in Oldenburg. Lilia Osterloh speaks both English and German. She lives in San Francisco, California.
