Lim Su-kyung

Lim Su- gyung ( born November 6, 1968 in Seoul) is a South Korean politician, social activist and human rights activist.

Biography

She became known in 1989 because they took part despite the ban of South Korea at the 13th World Festival of Youth and Students in Pyongyang. It has thus been nicknamed flower of association ( Hangul: 통일 의 꽃 ) obtained there that they took the South Korean student organization Jeondaehyop. When she returned about Panmunjeom to South Korea, she was arrested for violating the National Security Act of South Korea.

In April 2012, she became the representative of the United Democratic Party, elected to the Gukhoe, the unicameral parliament of South Korea.
