Lindendorf is a municipality in the district of Mark- or country in Brandenburg.

The community lies on the edge of Oderbruchs, about 16 km north- west of Frankfurt (Oder).
The municipality consists of the villages Dolgelin, Libbenichen, New Mahlisch and Saxony village.
It was created on 26 October 2003, the voluntary merger of the previously independent municipalities Dolgelin, Libbenichen, New Mahlisch and Saxony village.
The municipal council consists of 12 community representatives (as of municipal elections of 28 September 2008).

Economy and infrastructure
Through the community, the Federal highway 167 runs from Bad Freiwalde to Frankfurt ( Oder).
Also, the municipality following the railway line Eberswalde- Frankfurt ( Oder). Today on the route runs the East German railway.
