Lindsay Sparkes

Lindsay Sparkes is a Canadian curler.

Her international debut was Sparkes at the World Championships 1979 in Perth, where she won the bronze medal. In the 1985 World Cup it was in Jönköping, Sweden Curling world champion.

Sparkes played as a third of the Canadian team at the XV. Olympic Winter Games in Calgary in 1988 in Curling. The team of Skip Linda Moore won the Olympic gold medal after a 7-5 victory in the final against Sweden to Skip Elisabeth Hogstrom. Since curling was still a demonstration sport, the medal has no official status.
