Geography

History

On 1 January 2011 the then independent municipality was amalgamated with the districts Lindstedterhorst and willing Hagen, together with 17 other municipalities in the Hanseatic city Gardelegen. The municipality had prior to the incorporation 563 inhabitants ( 31 December 2009) and an area of 19.8 km ².
