Lindy Cochran

Linda Lorraine " Lindy " Cochran ( born October 7, 1953 in Richmond, Vermont) is a former American alpine skier. She is the youngest of the legendary Cochran siblings who dominated the American skiing from the late 1960s to mid-1970s. Like their older siblings Marilyn, Barbara and Bob, she was trained by her ski-loving parents in the family's own ski resort in northern Vermont to Weltklasseskiläuferin.

Cochran came 1970 on the U.S. Ski Team. At this time, her three siblings had already celebrated all international success. Lindy Cochran got her first major title in 1973, when she became U.S. champion in slalom.
