Lineman (occupation)

Power Electrician EFZ is a teaching profession in Switzerland. The training lasts three years.

Profession

Build network electricians and waiting facilities for the transmission of electrical energy. These are, inter alia, High voltage power lines, house connections, public lighting installations.

Training

The three training locations are: teaching, vocational school and übertriebliche courses. The training at the vocational school will be held once a week for a day.

Requirements

Head for heights, good physical health ( outdoor work ), normal color vision, good performance in mathematics and physics are imperative requirements.
