Lingayen, Pangasinan
Lingayen is a town in the Philippine province of Pangasinan and the administrative seat of the province. In 2010 Lingayen counted 98,740 inhabitants. The Lingayen Gulf is by the municipality, which lies directly on the coast, named. The municipality is also the birthplace of former Philippine President Fidel V. Ramos.
