Lisa A. Barnett
Lisa Anne Barnett (born 1958 in Dorchester, Massachusetts, † 2 May 2006 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire ) was an American writer. She died at the age of 48 from a brain tumor.
Lisa Anne Barnett studied English and Theatre Studies at the University of Massachusetts in Boston and worked as an editor since 1988.
She and her partner Melissa Scott received three awards for the following works: The Armor of Light ( 1988), Point of Hopes (1995 ) and Point of Dreams ( 2001). Barnett wrote their works in the fantasy and science fiction genre.
