Life

Lisa Miskovsky was already known in 2001 with her debut album Lisa Miskovsky and single Driving One of Your Cars in Sweden. She has won two Rockbjörnen Awards, one as the best Swedish newcomer and a Swedish as best female artist of the year.

In 2003 she came with the album Fallingwater the way to the top of the Swedish charts. The popularity of the album owes mainly to the two songs Sing to Me and Lady Stardust. The latter was also known outside Sweden. The follow-up album Changes in 2006 was also very successful in Sweden, was outside Sweden but not observed.

In 2006, she was heard on the album Come Clarity of the melodic death metal band In Flames in the song Dead End.

In the computer game Mirror's Edge, published in 2009, she sang the title song Still Alive (not to be confused with the theme song of the computer game Portal).

Some of her music is produced by Joakim Berg, also known as a songwriter for the Swedish rock band Kent.

Lisa Miskovsky has worked alongside her career as a solo artist and as a songwriter for other artists. Among other things, she wrote the song Shape of My Heart for the Backstreet Boys.
