List of Auckland railway stations

This list of the stations of Auckland includes the completeness stations because of already closed or still in the planning stage. All stations are owned by the company ARTA, which operates under the brand MAXX. The tracks are owned by Ontrack. The public transport is operated by the company Veolia, the long-distance transport by Tranz Scenic.

Bold stations are limits of the tariff zones.

Survey

Eastern line

This line extends from Britomart to Pukekohe on the North Iceland Main Trunk Railway route.

  • The beach consists of the platform 4 of the former railway station of Auckland. This station is only used for special trains.
  • Panmure in 2006 was slightly moved north.
  • Sylvia Park is soon to be reopened again for servicing the shopping center Sylvia Park and then just north of the existing station are.

Between Westfield and Papakura the Southern line is shared.

Southern line

This line follows the route from Britomart via Newmarket to Westfield, and on the North Iceland Main Trunk Railway route to Pukekohe. The Westfield train station is also the largest freight yard in Auckland railway junction.

  • Glenora is in the planning stage and will be built near the Southgate shopping center in Takanini.
  • Drury is expected to be reopened.
  • Between Papakura and Pukekohe are two fare zone boundaries.

Western line

This line extends from Britomart to Newmarket and from there to the North Auckland Line route to Waikatere.
