List of bobsleigh, luge, and skeleton tracks

The list of luge and bobsleigh tracks all calls that are used in the luge, skeleton and bobsleigh World Cup. In addition, tracks are called, which are currently not used anymore. With most tracks are artificially vereisbare tracks. In each case, the length, the year of opening, the number of curves, the overall slope, the number of starting places and the competition, for which the respective web is used mainly called.

Explanation

  • Name of the track: Lists the name of the web.
  • Location: Call the location of the web.
  • Country: Denotes the country by train.
  • Opening: Denotes the year in which the railway was opened.
  • Length (m): Reports the length of the path from the top starting point to the target in meters.
  • Curves: Reports the number of the curves having the web.
  • Slope: Denotes the slope of the path from the top starting point to the target percentage.
  • Start Locations: Reports the number of starting locations of the web. These can be used for luge, skeleton or bobsled, or men and women.
  • Note: Call features of the web or major competitions, in which the web was used.
  • Grey shaded paths are ice rinks with a cooling system.

Instructions that are not specified in each table:

  • R -B: Call the World Cup, for which the web is predominantly used. R stands for luge and B for the Bobsleigh, Skeleton which also counts. With an X tracks are marked on which occurs the respective competition. With 0 the orbits are identified on which does not take place this competition. If you specify only surviving bobsled runs.
  • Year of closure: Indicates the year in which the railway was closed. If you specify only closed paths.
  • Fig: Represents Previously used internationally? and indicates whether the web was previously used for international competitions. Used only for paths that are used only at the national level specified.
