This is a list of the villages in The Gambia.

By far the largest agglomeration in the Gambia is the Kombo-St. Mary Area with a population of 422 877 (as of 2013). For about a quarter of the country's population is concentrated in this region. Capital and eighth largest town or city of Gambia is Banjul with 31.356Einwohnern.

The following table lists the towns over 5,000 population, the results of the census of 15 April 1993, a calculation for January 1, 2012, and the region to which the city is listed. The results of the Census 2013 are not included.
