Web collaboration and Web Based Collaboration is a method of constructivism. It assumes that learning is a social act.

Groups of students work on the internet together on a learning task. They pursue a common goal and learn from each other.

Between three and six people form a study group, which operates largely independently. A tutor is the Group's on request. The results can be presented to a larger group.

Among the study groups created trust and cooperative behavior it is developed ( group formation).
