These are lists of countries by gross domestic product. In the first section, the current values of most countries are given, in a second section historical comparison values of some countries are represented.

In the following tables, the countries of the world are listed with their gross domestic product ( GDP) in 2013. All data are based on calculations of the International Monetary Fund.
The left table shows the nominal gross domestic product in millions of U.S. dollars. The right table shows the countries in the world with the highest gross domestic product purchasing power parity (PPP ) listed ( PPP $ ) in millions of international dollars. Calculation based on the purchasing power of the U.S. dollar in the United States.
Remarks:
A Data refer to the mainland of the People's Republic of China, that is, excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. b Including the French overseas departments of Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana and Réunion. c Without Somalia ( no survey ) and Western Sahara (not recognized state ).
Historical comparison values
The following countries are listed on the one hand with the highest gross domestic product in billions of U.S. dollars. It should be noted that different growth rates in the countries can also come by exchange rate changes into being.
On the other hand, are the countries with the highest gross domestic product at purchasing power parity in billions of international dollars listed ( PPP $). Calculation based on the purchasing power of ( a ) United States Dollar in the United States.
