Among the list of flags of the German Air Force (1933-1945) to find all the flags, pennants and banners that were used in the years between 1933 and 1945 by the German Luftwaffe.

Supreme Commander of the Air Force

Since the early development of the Luftwaffe Hermann Goering in the Third Reich had been determined as its chief. In 1933, still referred to as Reich Minister of Aviation, he was eventually used on 26 February 1935 as commander of the Air Force. He remained in this position until April 1945, when Adolf Hitler dropped him and by Colonel General - replaced Robert Ritter von Greim - later Field Marshal.
