List of IIHF Women's World Championship Directorate award winners

The IIHF Ice Hockey Women's World Championship will be held in non-Olympic years. The first Women's World Championship was held in 1990, was from 1997, this annual (if not Olympic Winter Games taking place ) discharged. At the end of each tournament individual player trophies ( Directorate Awards) are awarded, giving the best striker, defender, goalkeeper, as well as the most valuable player will be awarded in each case.

The IIHF Directorate ( directorate ), which decides on the awarding of trophies, composed of one member from each participating country. The allocation of the awards takes place following the final match for the gold medal.
