List of Landeshauptmann of Bukovina
This list outlines the country's main men of the Duchy of Bukovina crownland to the reign of the Habsburg Empire.
According to the Constitution for the Cisleithanian countries by 1861 ( February patent), the Emperor determined for each crown land a state leader ( in Bukovina: State President ) as the representative of the emperor as sovereign and the kk Government in Vienna acts. Furthermore, the emperor appointed as a sovereign member of the state for Governor with the function of Parliament and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the parliament called National Committee.
