List of Maine state parks

The U.S. state of Maine has 40 state parks and 17 State Historic Sites (February 2010). The state parks in Maine are managed by the Maine Bureau of Parks & Lands, which is a division of the Department of Conservation of the State of Maine. The first State Park, Aroostook State Park, was established in 1939.
